With over 30 years of financial services experience, Andrea has been able to develop relationships with financial correspondents, to provide a variety of funding sources.
Andrea’s service to prospective clients will include an evaluation of financial and credit data, as well as the client’s financing objectives, to advise clients of product/pricing and guidelines. Larry Weinberg
Larry Weinberg is a native Atlantan and a graduate of Georgia State University. Larry obtained his designation as a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with one of the national accounting firms for a couple of years. In 1976, sensing a void for the placement of loans on income-producing properties in the amount of $1 million or less, he founded Weinberg and Associates to fill that niche in the market. Since that time, the scope of the operations has grown to include transactions well in excess of $4 million. Larry’s firm has successfully completed more than $3 billion in financing transactions on income-producing and owner-occupied commercial properties.
