Larry Weinberg
Larry Weinberg is a native Atlantan and a graduate of Georgia State University. Larry obtained his designation as a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with one of the national accounting firms for a couple of years. In 1976, sensing a void for the placement of loans on income-producing properties in the amount of $1 million or less, he founded Weinberg & Associates to fill that niche in the market. Since that time, the scope of the operations has grown to include transactions well in excess of $1 million. Larry's firm has successfully completed more than $3 billion in financing transactions on income-producing and owner-occupied commercial properties.
